Yanping Kong, MD, PhD
President, Kong's Pharmaceutical Co.
Dr. Yanping Kong is a seasoned medical professional and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in endocrinology and pharmaceutical innovation. As President of Kong’s Pharmaceutical Co., Dr. Kong leads cutting-edge research and development in healthcare solutions, with a focus on novel treatments and medical technologies.
He holds both an MD and PhD, and his career includes academic positions at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine, and Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, where he served as MD of Endocrinology from 2019 to 2024. Dr. Kong is also an inventor with multiple patents, including advancements in cancer treatment and other noninvasive endocrine products. His drive continues to push forward impactful healthcare advancements.
Jinhong Liu
Vice President, Kong's Pharmaceutical Co.
Jinhong Liu is the Vice President of Kong’s Pharmaceutical, bringing extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in drug development. She received advanced research training as a fellow at Tufts University School of Medicine and the University of Michigan, where she made significant contributions to molecular research in oncology.
Throughout her career, Jinhong Liu has held key roles in the industry, including serving as a pharmaceutical representative at Servier and as the Executive Vice President of Aunuo Pharmaceutical. Her diverse expertise and leadership make her well-suited to oversee the daily operations of Kong’s Pharmaceutical, driving innovation and efficiency in the company’s mission.
Antonio Bonanno
Research Lab Management
Antonio is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, class of 2023. With a strong academic foundation, including coursework in Drug Delivery, and Tissue Engineering, Antonio has gained extensive knowledge in biomedical science and engineering principles. Notable projects include designing a hydrogel system for muscular dystrophy treatment and developing a nasal delivery system to enhance the efficiency of SSRIs.

Passionate about advancing medical technology, Antonio is eager to apply his skills and knowledge to the field of biomedical research, focusing on innovative solutions for drug delivery systems.
Qiuming Chu
Biologist
Qiuming is a biologist with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Specializing in gene delivery and small molecule therapies, he has helped spearhead groundbreaking treatments,.

An expert in both in vitro/in vivo studies, Qiuming excels in collaborating with academic and industry partners. His contributions include multiple patents, publications, and transformative solutions in gene therapy and drug development. He has worked previously at leading pharmaceutical companies, including Sanofi and Genzyme, where he played a key role in advancing novel therapeutics.

Qiuming earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University, and continues to push the boundaries of therapeutic innovation.
